I have the same problem and I'm looking into automated bracket detection
and grouping using lua...
my investigation shows that, at this point, the bracket information is not
present at all in DT and the time precision doesn't allow us to easily
detect burst images.
I'm looking into being able to get any metadata out of images but this
hasn't been done.
in other word, i'm working on it but don't hold your breath, and I don't
really know how to do it with current releases...
