No, Darktable cannot make use of that.  Probably there is no
industry standard for this, so every RAW processor has to implement
this for every camera vendor.  And the ressources in FLOSS software
are limited.  I don't even know whether these vendor-specific
extensions are public.  But I'm afraid on the long term, FLOSS has
to learn how to use them.

For the time being, you may take calibration pictures and upload
them at <http://wilson.bronger.org/calibration>.  Read the
instructions carefully please.
