Maybe I wasn't precise enough. I need captions that are unique to one or 
a very small number of pictures. They don't change for different usage. 
And I remember a couple of times I thought it necessary to change only 
one part of the caption (the other parts being different from picture to 
picture). I am lazy, I want it to be simple. I accept to spend my time 
on scripting if I can be sure to save more time in the future.

This can't be done by styles. Or don't I see the obvious?
