I had the same problem with the Sony RX100M2 but I don't think it has an
ISO step option. However the latest Darktable code interpolates noise
profiles that it doesn't have and this seems to give good results. In my
case it interpolated 640 from 400 and 800 and the noise correction looks
good to my eye.
The page states "it seems that the fit parameters (a, b) behave quite
nicely with iso, so it might be possible to interpolate them for your
exact iso setting." Later it says "[update 23/12/2012: this
interpolation is now happening automatically in git master when you
enable or reset the module]".
