I just bought an ASUS PA249Q. It has a DeltaE < 3 and comes with a pre-tuned AdobeRGB mode. I had calibrated it nevertheless but the native AdobeRGB is quite good. It comes with a calibrarion testing report. I'm quite happy with it.
