I am not sure about that. I also have a D7100 for soccer with a TC-14E II and an 80-400 V2 and carry a D3 w/70-300 for closer. > My second question: My 70-300 mm lens works for FX format, so I can use > it on my D800, but the lensfun database for this lens refers to using > it in DX format. I presume that means that I can't just use the D7000 > Lens Correction for this lens on a D800. Could I go far off if I did > that anyway? You don't say what repo you use or the version of lensfun-data. The later version of lensfun-data, 0.2.8, has the D7100. I replace my openSUSE version 0.2.7 with the slr-nikon.xml from 0.2.8 and my D7100 is recognized. hope this helps, -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Learn Graph Databases - Download FREE O'Reilly Book "Graph Databases" is the definitive new guide to graph databases and their applications.
