Hi, I have a set of jpg and dng files (different cameras).
While the jpg.xmp date changes when I change the rating tags within darktable, the dng.xmp date stays the same. Additionally when I start darktable, a window pops up and offers reloading or overwriting selected xmp-files, which in the end are those belonging to the dng files. Doing either doesn't change the dng.xmp date. The window pops up again after leaving darktable and reloading it. File pemission ist set for jpg and dng to r--r--r-- for jpg.xmp and dng.xmp to rw-r--r-- I use digikam for initial tagging of all my photos. There is no such problem with digikam.
