It may have been back then but we've moved from libraw to rawspeed and
the 450 is currently completely unsupported because we don't have a
sample file.

This should only really happen on the first startup when we are
generating the cache for the first time.

Yeah, you'll get this on all e450 images as we currently don't have
the required definitions to support it. All we need to fix this is a
sample file from the camera.
