In the future if you are going to use OBS repos for darktable use graphics
repo as it is the devel repo for Factory. There may be older or newer packages
in repos other than the devel repos which can cause issues.

The ~/.config/darktable/library.db might have issues as between 1.4.2 and
1.6.3 there might be changes to the library. It is always a good idea to
backup your library before such an upgrade
