Well, I would normally rate that image as "lost". Even if it might not 
be obvious at first, it is heavily overexposed - only the property that 
the image is more or less monochrome blue hides this fact.

In such a case any interpretation of colors is "valid" and "invalid" at 
the same time. So you may choose what seems most appropriate. IMHO there 
is not right or wrong.
