This happened with both 1.6.3 and 1.6.4 on Debian Jessie: When working
through the library selecting or colour tagging images, at some stage
Darktable becomes unresponsive. Top shows 100% usage and a lot of memory
(3.7G on one occasion) on my i7 laptop with 8Gb RAM.
I have lowered the following core options without it making a difference:
mipmap cache : 1024 -> 512
number of background threads: 8 -> 2
I am working with images from a Nikon D7100 (24Megapixels).
Any idea how to fix this?
