How is it that you think dt "tells" you it is sharp.  iiuc, <ctrl><z> is
to display the photo 1:1 so *you* can determine sharpness.

The dog tags appear to be sharp.  The entire photo appears to be out of
focus and perhaps motion blur.

Try taking a stable *raw* shot, camera secured and scene in focus and look
again.
