money, and I am following the suggestions with interest.   I would just 
like to make a small point about usability.

I agree that you need a good graphics card for best performance. But 
when I'm on vacation, I do a lot of my work on an i3 Acer with Intel 
graphics in the chip.  A vote of respect to the developers - it works 
fine.  Yes, it could be faster, but I am an impatient man, and an i3 
with integrated graphics (and 4 Gb of RAM) can still get the job done 
for me.   Get the best PC that fits your budget, but many different 
solutions can work.
