Hey, me again. I just made darktable from the master branch support those 
files. I had to relax the limitation that only XMP files written by Lightroom 
are being supported a bit. I am not sure if that limitation is helpful at all. 
If someone wrote tags we understand we should probably try to support them.

@Pascal Obry: Please have a look at 80d8dd6b743c3fc362a4645a35fe2d3c9ee936b5 
and check if you are OK with that. depending on your verdict I will either 
revert or pick to the stable branch.

PS: I didn't even have to add support for the "ExternalExposureDefault" tag, 
there is also the standard Lr tag which i somehow overlooked.
