The -R param looks like it should work, however I'm doing the bcp operation
via a query with "BULK INSERT", and the docs don't seem to mention a keyword
to put in the query to handle that :(
Also, for the ," and ", separators, as I mentioned in an earlier post, it
looks like you can't use " as a separator as the format file using "'s
around the separator. Why they didn't stick to using single quotes like
they do everywhere else is beyond me :(
