[DUG-DB]: BDE that doesn't need to be installed

Is there anyway of using a TQuery without the BDE. I have delphi4 c/s and
am using dbf files. I was looking for away of not having to install the
app. So it can just be ran from any location on the comp and not need a
restart when put on the computer the first time.

Any ideas apprecated
James
