Dear All There seems to be an emerging consensus that it will be critical to ensure transfer of funds to to the poor and marginalized workers and families that are affected by the lock down.
We wanted to check if there has been any discussion on using the DBT route for such COVID related support to the poor and marginalized workers and families in both urban and rural areas.... While there are a large number of schemes using DBT - it is not very clear as to which ones would be the best route to reach the neediest. Also, whether there are any data systems based ways to avoid duplication to he extent possible..
