[Dataperf] Vista

Although I won't be looking at Windows Vista for a good while yet, I 
recently saw a discussion about problems running WP(DOS) 5.1 full screen 
under Windows Vista. I guess the same would apply to DataPerfect or any 
other DOS programme so thought the solution link would be useful here:
