I was running a report on Panel A that had a link to panel B. Under
certain conditions it should penetrate the link and store an RV in a field.
For some reason I could not get this to work yesterday, even using a
Subreport to panel B and storing the field value within that subreport.
Having just tried the same thing again today, it works!

'in' is to press F4 (like you're going to select a field from that
panel) and see which panel appears.
So, for example, if Panel A has a link to Panel B and you're running a
report based on Panel A that needs to store a value in a field in Panel
B, you must insert a Subreport to Panel B and store your field value
within that subreport.

Variable in field that is through a link to another panel, I can't do
this, not even if I do the report in subgroups.
