Tim,

Now my letterhead prints fine but I would like to move it about 1/2 inch up and
an 1/8 inch to the left. I understand the width and height parameters but I
don't know how to use the X and Y parameters.

Your (sub)report must be 'in' the panel in which you want to store the
field value. The easiest way to tell which panel a given (sub)report is
'in' is to press F4 (like you're going to select a field from that
panel) and see which panel appears.

So, for example, if Panel A has a link to Panel B and you're running a
report based on Panel A that needs to store a value in a field in Panel
B, you must insert a Subreport to Panel B and store your field value
  within that subreport.
