Hi, Ralph,

If the limit is 534,773,728 bytes, it would appear that hitting that size limit is probably the cause of my problem, as the current file size of my TXX file is 536,871,424 bytes. Oops!

I have made a backup copy of my database and I am now in the process of deleting old records. I have about 6 years of records in this database, so I think I can probably delete about a year and a half as a good balance between having access to the old records and yet having room for new records. I guess from now on I will have to make a point of checking the TXX file size periodically so as to avoid problems like this in the future.

Thank you all for all your help!!!

Laurie
