Hi Again, Re My previous email re above which I haven't had returned from DP server yet. Sorry but I have found that the total figure when printed using the Shft F7 procedure and setting the search conditions, is actually printing the total from the previous record i.e. when printing record S38075 it's actually printing all other info from that record correctly but the total in the final footer is coming from the previous record S38074. No wonder I was struggling to find the relativity of the amount from within the record. I'll keep looking but any thoughts on this latest revelation would still be appreciated
