I think the font selection string should be

<244>FTimes New Roman<244><244>P13<244>

rather than

<244>FNew Times Roman<244><244>P13<244>

Also, make sure in your Windows\Fonts folder you have a Times New Roman
font, as well as a Times New Roman Bold font.

driver at home is an HP universal PCL6 driver and the one in the office
