Nope. It happens in tons of different calendars. There are lots of different rules for it though (weekend -> Monday, weekend -> Friday, Sunday -> Monday, Sunday -> Saturday, does the weekend change bump other holidays/ skip over other holidays/get ignored if other holidays, etc) depending on what country (and sometimes region) you're in.
