No, actually, this will be real common.  Think of a Church that honors
both state and religious holidays for its employees.

One big use of DateTime::Set (I hope) will be creating sets of holidays
for internal use at companies so business day calculations can be done
properly.  These sets will include modules from CPAN (for state holidays),
internals stuff ("company founder's day") and may sometimes need to import
other things like _other_ state's holidays, for example when calculating
something related to multiple branches, or when doing business with other
companies.
