Just curious, but what is wrong with the X server that comes with the
355 EVM?
I just typed 'startx' and it launched on the VGA framebuffer...

I need to create Graphics applications on DM355 board with MontaVista Linux.
EVM came MontaVista Pro 4.0.1 Evaluation version.
Example application like will TouchScreen based Adress Book and selecting some
butons etc and we also plan to use Opera (or similer) webbrowser for broswing.
What will be the best possible solution for this?
is GTK+ Ok?
MontaVista Says they Have Graphics Tools in Pro edition, but doesn't have in
the eval version. Do we need to get Full Licence Version to enable X Windows on
DM355 EVM board.
