Hi,

Alternatively, you can use the sysfs attribute to tune this system module
register. LSP 1.20 production release introduced this sysfs attribute. The
issue is due to the DDR bandwidth limitation and this register allows you
change the priorities.

echo 0x20000020 0x30 > /sys/class/davinci_system/system/reg

0x30 can be any value in between 0x10 and 0x50
Thanks
Sneha

Subject: RE: DM 355 audio problem

Hi,

This is a known problem....

Compile the attached program, put it in /usr/sbin on the DM355 & do a 'writeb
20000020 0 10' in the system startup (for example add to /etc/rc.d/rc.local)

Regards
