seems like a problem in your bootsetup, probably a typo. Can you post your 
whole u-boot environment.

What error does the startup routine show? Did you set an ip address for your 
board? In case you're using a hub, try to set ip=dhcp in your bootargs.

my bootargs is

bootargs=console=ttys0,115200n8 noinitrd rw root=/dev/nfs
nfsroot=192.168.81.200:/home/xiong/workdir/filesys,nolock mem=120M


there's some other env which would set up
