Yes . The dm6446 EVM support should almost work for the dm355 once resource 
naming/addressing issues get sorted out.

McBSP is the device used not only for audio and also for other purposes like 
communicating with SPI devices etc, But on dm644x it was used for audio purpose 
and hence the name ASP.

On a closer examination, it looks like that "McBSP" support
is really ASP support, and the dm6446 EVM support should
almost work for the dm355 once resource naming/addressing
issues get sorted out.

I think I observe deep confusion in the vicinity of the
current <mach/mcbsp.h> header.  It's mostly irrelevant
for DaVinci ... and that's on top of using entirely the
wrong name ("not ASP") for the device!!

What's up with all that?
