The intent is to get the SPI driver for DM6446, DM6467 and DM355 into the git 
by mid march.
On the  Dm355 and DM6467 EVM an instance of SPI is connected to EEPROM. This 
makes it possible to test the SPI driver.
On the DM6446 EVM SPI is not "exposed". in other words it is not connected to 
anything. We will test it on the DM355 and DM6467. Since the IP is similar it 
should work on the DM6446 as well

That would be wonderful.  I've been meaning to get this driver (and many
others) into a format worth submitting for about a year now so that
maintaining our board support isn't quite so tedious as kernel changes
are merged.  At the very least posting them keeps me honest.
