Agree, Since most will use EMAC only one GPIO can cauase an IRQ due to MUXING.
The RTC GPIOs can be used for IRQs. I think there should be - a small mach-davinci/prtcif.c module that maps this region and exports accessor routines; - and a <mach/prtcif.c> module declaring those accessors plus maybe the dm365 registers in the prtcif module. That prtcif.c might be a reasonable place to package the support for the 11 GPIOs exported by that module, I guess. There's not much to be done with those on the EVM, since most of them go to the CPLD which then ignores them.
