These seem to me to be sound recommendations. Following them may reveal the need to develop revised policy, rather than just to agree a new NWI. RIPE has a tradition of finding a good balance between formality and pragmatism; I expect that the WG and NCC will find the right path in this case too. Best regards, Niall RIPE Vice-Chair
