Interesting. I personally have no problem getting through to their developers, and found that I could get through to the lists when I made sure that the host name I was sending mail through could be looked up via DNS. Hell, I can ping Bruce Momjian via IM just about any time. I'm sorry you've had such trouble; I don't think that's a universal experience. Maybe I could help hook you up with Bruce or something? I would offer to take it over, but my knowledge of C and XS is nil.
