This is really not the right place to talk about FTP.
This is a DBI mailing list.
There are a few if not more FTP modules I know of. On CPAN you can install
the tar file, they are not only for UNIX. Winzip will unzip and untar them
and then see Readme to install, just like you would with any other module.
