You get Net::FTP by installing the libnet 'module'.
Almost all the archive files in CPAN are gzip'ed tar files, but they work
fine in Win32. Winzip manages them well enough or you can use gzip and tar
which are available in Win32 form.
Unless you need to build your own Perl, you are better off installing
ActiveState's version and using PPM to install modules.
