DBD::Oracle installation success anyone?

Hi,

Did anyone get the DBD::Oracle 1.06  for Oracle 8.1.*  installation right?
I saw quite a few people on the mailing list had  the  compilation problem with

DBD, (make Makefile.PL is causing a fatal error).  PLease let me know, does
moving to DBI 1.14 work(tried 1.15)?
