You don't have to be in any specific directory as long as you have
activestate perl, since the environmental vars are set up for ppm and ppm
also knows the activestate structure. Also I don't think anyone has yet
created DBI::ODBC, you meant DBD::ODBC, DBD::Oracle, etc...
