    I based my odbc.ini on this part of the unixodbc docs.  However, this
includes a lot of specific fields for postgresql.  The "slim" DSN that I
am using for MSSQL does indeed work, as I can send queries and get correct
results using isql and this DSN.  To prove it, if I change anything in the
set up (e.g., put TEST2 as the DSN name on the command line but leaving the
ini file as TEST and vice versa), then I can no longer issue queries.
