Where should I find OCi.dll ? 
If I connect the server with hostname and port, do I need any local software 
installation except dbi and dbd::oracle ? 
where can I find a document that says what are the requirements for connecting to 
Oracle with perl: software installations, system variables etc.
I am on an NT4 or windows2000 machine.
