DBI Installation

Whenever I try to install DBI through ppm I get an error message like so....

HTTP POST failed: 500(unexpected EOF before status line seen, () line 2.
), in SOAP method call.  Content of response:
at C:/Perl/site/lib/PPM/SOAPClient.pm line 222

I have already set up the proxy server designation through the set
HTTP_proxy command.

Any suggestions?
