Hi, I need to write a perl script that will run on HPUX 11, make a dbi connection to Microsoft SQL server running on W2000, and create a file on the HP using the rows I've retrieved.
Can anyone help me out on this? I'm not sure what perl packages to install? Do I need to install some things on the W2000 server as well or does dbi on the HP do it all? What is the role DBI::Proxy and/or ProxyServer in all of this? thanks adam
