What seems to be happening is that we use the same index files
that CPAN.pm uses to associate module names to distributions. And
in these Jochen's version of DBD::File shows up, as can be seen
from the CPAN.pm shell. What I think has to happen is Jochen has
to transfer, via the PAUSE web site, ownership of DBD::File to
you. If he's already done that, I'm not sure what's going on, but
then it's also a problem within the CPAN.pm shell ...
