I got the same response when I tried to respond to another unsubscribe
request from Bharat. I followed up through another email provider, so
hopefully the new message will get through.

Considering how unclueful Bharat's provider seems to be, Baharat may have
been trying to get help with this for millenia and is never seeing the
responses because they get bounced by rediffmail.com.

Unsubscribe in the subject triggers the rejection message you got in order
to minimize the number of 'unsubscribe me' messages we see on the list.
Before that was done we seemed to be getting such messages about hourly;
now we normally go about a month between the ones I notice.
