I was able to download and install the Oracle DBI ppm file.
I am getting the following error message and am not sure why, or how to
debug it...
Here is the properties of the DBD I have

I am running Win200 and Oracle 9.2.0 client
Here is the error I receive.
ERROR OCIInitialize. Check ORACLE_HOME and NLS settings etc
I can connect fine from sqlplus, and pl/sql developer.
Any help would be appreciated.
