How about some source code? Do you have DBI installed? You may want
to install DBD-Oracle8 to fix the ORACLE_HOME problem.

I was able to download and install the Oracle DBI ppm file.

I am running Win200 and Oracle 9.2.0 client
Here is the error I receive.
ERROR OCIInitialize. Check ORACLE_HOME and NLS settings etc
I can connect fine from sqlplus, and pl/sql developer.
Any help would be appreciated.
