That's because the pot crowd is taking it slow. Their reasoning is that
"Alcohol is worse than pot, yet it is legal, so why not legalize pot?"
However, the argument is flawed, for several reasons:
     1) Alcohol and marijuana are equally poisonous. Both are addictive, and
both cause severe health problems.
     2) We have enough trouble with drunk drivers; if we add pot smokers, there
will be more traffic accidents. Smoking pot also increases the crime rate.
     3) Marijuana is a "gateway drug." That is, the argument won't end there.
When pot is legalized, drug users will demand the legalization of cocaine,
crack, heroin, and just about everything else.
     4) Proponents argue, "Legalize it and tax it." But what's the point? If
pot is legalized, drug addiction will increase tremendously. These addicts
will wind up unemployed, unhealthy, and will commit criminal acts to support
their habit. Billions of dollars will have to be spent to clean up after them.
Solution: don't do drugs of any kind! (The love of money is the root of
all evil.)

I haven't hear dof drugs besides marijuana that people want to legalize
which
    is different than meth labs.
