Right, the delivery chain in 2.0 no longer does funky things with
unique_id. That's created for the original message and db_copymsg is the
only other thing that goes near it.

I have tried to read some of the db_imap_* functions, but didn't need them
for any of the work I was doing and so I just left them alone. Shame on
db_imap_append for being so difficult :-P
