Hi,

To make sure it is a problem occuring in outlook, I manually telnetted
to the popserver, below is the raw message:

Then I tried your settings in outlook as stated below, but the message
is still not showing those damn characters (??).

I've Cc'd this message also to check if it shows up normal or not to the
same account. I'l verify that later on.
