But... I think we need to rewrite quite a lot of stuff here.. And be
better at supporting strange characters. A rewrite of imapcommands.c is
already underway, so this might be a part of that already. Paul?

Aha, my hardcopy of the RFC is missing everything after page 68...
which explains a lot.
