This is a very strange statement, because my Postfix installation only
does pre-acceptance filtering. We're looking at installing
post-acceptance filters, but everything right now is done either
during the negotiation phase, or through REGEXP filtering during the
DATA phase.

Both Postfix and Sendmail can filter "everywhere" during the
transaction, with the proper configuration and tools.
